CONSULTANTS (m/f/d) IN ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
AND TRANSFORMATION MANAGEMENT
The Bröker + Partner Unternehmensberatung GmbH based in Hamburg has been operating very successfully on the market since 1988. Our clients include DAX-listed companies as well as larger and smaller medium-sized companies, with whom we have long-standing and established relationships. In our company, we focus on professional work in terms of content, look at the client with his individual history and individual situations and are guided by the question: What will bring our clients sustainable progress with the resources they have at their disposal? We are a small, renowned Boutique consultancy. A close cooperation, agility and high transparency are characterising our company.
We understand organisational development and transformation management as a contribution to the achievement of our client’s business goals – by improving organisational performance. We answer the question together with our client: How must processes, roles, structures and interfaces be redesigned to meet the changed requirements and achieve the goals? And together with our clients, we implement the resulting organisational concepts.
Currently, many companies are dealing with keywords such as “digital transformation”, “Industry 4.0” and “Internet of Things”. Here, we advise our clients from the perspective of the organisation, the processes and the acting stakeholders and answer the question “What do I have to do to be ready for the digital transformation in Industry 4.0?” together with our clients.
YOUR PROFILE
You have at least three years of professional experience and solid technical and methodological knowledge as well as practical experience in organizational development and change management, preferably in consulting
You have strong analytical and conceptual skills
You have a convincing professional manner, cope confidently with demanding customer situations and appreciate building customer relationships closely and sustainably
You have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to deal with situations of conflict
You consider flexibility and result-oriented work as a matter of course
Of course, you have a university or technical college degree, are fluent in English and confident in the use of MS Office

- You develop and design organisational options as well as recommendations for action and support our clients in the implementation at every management level
- You independently maintain relationships with important stakeholders of our customers
- Your responsibilities range from proposal submission, through analysis and project management, to implementation
